[ It had only been two days in and Tear was a bit uncertain of their situation. She couldn't find any way out of the location they were presently at and it seemed like she was also weaponless. That would not work well in her favour if she did not get herself weapons any time soon. She supposed there were others here, so she hoped that she could gain some assistance from them as well as Natalia of course.

They were the only ones from their worlds here at the moment, but that didn't mean the possibilities of others being here were limited. They had to be prepared for even the smallest detour. Tear managed to fix her clothing to the best of her efforts, and arriving with only them was rather bothersome.

She had hoped that these strangers that took would at least left them armed. Unfortunately, it was not the case. ]

Excuse me, if it isn't much trouble, I would like to burrow some of your time. My name is Tear Grants, Locrian Sergeant Tear Grants of the Oracle Knights Intelligence Division.

[ She paused briefly, her soldier mask glossed over as she started to speak again. ] I suppose all of us in one way or form have been taken from our world and left without much to defend ourselves with.

I am also certain that the creatures here at the moment are of no danger, but we can never be too certain. We will need weapons to defend ourselves. I would like to propose we divide into small groups to find material for weaponry as well as other such details we might need to uncover for our stay here.

I am not certain of how long we'll be here, but it is in our best interest to be prepared for any possible problems that will come up in the future. In short, I would like to offer my assistance to any residents here as well as requesting assistance from the residents here. I will be located in the Lychni District near the apartment complexes if you wish to meet me in person.

[He's an awkward sort and his demeanor borders on arrogance as he slides his glasses up his nose]

Your proposal was sound. I've come to assist in procuring weapons.

[ Tear was standing around, observing her location as well as keeping an eye out for people who were possibly approaching her. She spotted one as soon as he approached, bearing a military uniform that was somewhat similar to Colonel Curtiss' but definitely not from the Malkuth Military. She nodded her head in greeting when he spoke of her name. ]

Yes, that is me.

[ She spoke. She was right to assume that he was a military man. The way he approached her and the way she spoke was definitely very military like. She was expecting many different types of people. She was used to many types of demeanor's so it didn't bother her if he came off slightly different from many people. ] Greetings, Lieutenant Oswell.

[ She mused acknowledging his name and title. ]

What sort of weapon do you normally wield?

If that is what you wished to be called, I will comply.

[ She nodded. ] I am aware, but I suppose it is a habit that I have yet to discard.

[ She explained before replying to him. ] My weapon of choice is usually a staff. However, I also use throwing knives.

[ Something she had gotten quite well at but could not use because there were no no throwing knives to hide in the compartment of her clothes and no staff to help with her fonic artes. ]

May I inquire what kind of weapon you use, Hubert?

My weapon is called a dual blade. It functions just as it sounds; a staff with two blades on each end.

[He leaves off the part about the blades breaking apart and turning into guns. For now. Military secrets, you see]

[ She replied with a nod of her head. ]

I see. It seems you wield quite an interesting weapon.

[ This was the first time she had heard of dual blades, but it was interesting in its own right.

It was also like Tear to mention throwing knives, but never telling them where these said knives were hidden. They were strangers still and she didn't want divulge too much information for the time being until she could trust him as an ally completely.

They all had their secrets. ]

It is quite unique; I designed it myself.

[He's proud of this. But he doesn't mention that he stole the idea from a comic book]

[ There might have been interest in her tone for a moment. It was rare that she was approached by people who were capable of creating their own weapons.

Somehow, she would have probably found that a little cute that his idea came from a comic book. Tea had stopped a moment of the conversation to speak with Natalia over the video before turning back to Hubert. ]

It seems like we'll be scouting locations today. Are you still interested?

[ Well, she at least deducted that this would be somewhat easy considering this young man was similar to her in a few ways. It at least gave her all the more reason to gain allies from people like this young man. ]

[ She wasn't sure how her abilities would be worked in a place like this. She didn't feel any different from her world but it still wasn't a hundred percent assuring. ]

I specialize in using the Seventh Fonon, the fonon of sound.

[ She replied. It was vague but if he questioned her about it, she wouldn't mind explaining it to him. ] But there are a few artes that are related to my weapons.

[ She wasn't exactly a close combatant so, it would be best to be really vague about that. ]

I see. Interesting. So you are able to manipulate sound to do what?

[He nods]

Most of mine are tied to my weapons, but I have learned a few healing artes.

There are many ways of using the Fonon of Sound. I suppose of the many ways is to increase the stats of my allies or use them as a form of healing arts. In other cases, a form of offense.

I suppose another way is to lull living things to sleep, though these hymns are a little different compared to some abilities of 7th fonist

[ She replied briefly going over the hymns. There was one that was also one that could also lull living things to sleep. ]

I see, so you are in some ways close to an offensive healer?

[ She mused briefly. Having someone capable of healing themselves was also quite useful in battle. ]

I suppose that would be an accurate assessment of my abilities. I am capable of holding my own with my weapon and eleth-based attacks, but I am also able to heal myself or a single ally at a time.

[ She mused with a faint interest. It was better to learn about your potential allies to know what they were capable of. She had no doubt he could hold his own during a fight, but knowing his abilities also meant she would be able to act accordingly with her own abilities. ]

Fonons.

It is used to operate Dawn Age, and modern day fon technology. From the world that I came from, fonons is also part of what makes a human. If one were to be able to access their fon slots, they can do many great things.

I see. I suppose it is very similar to eleth, then.

When people in our world engage in combat, we shed eleth and it charges the battlefield. We can then reabsorb it to execute more deadly attacks. I wonder if your fonons do the same?

I believe it is similar. We are allowed to use fonons based on the seven different fonons that exist in our world. Instead of absorbing them, these fonic attacks create fields of fonons in which we use to give elemental attributes to our abilities.

Hmm...an interesting difference, but yes, I believe you are correct. They seem to have the same effect.
